General Definitions
Bookmaker – an online platform where users are offered the opportunity to place bets on sporting events in real time.
Affiliate Program – a marketing agency that attracts new visitors to the website through affiliate schemes.
Affiliate – a webmaster (natural or legal person) who fulfills the conditions of the affiliate program on fanpartners.bet and promotes the bookmaker’s products by attracting new users.
Players – clients of the bookmaker who registered via the Affiliate’s link.
New Players – clients who previously did not have an account on the bookmaker’s website, for whom there is no record of personal email addresses or other information indicating a connection between accounts, and who entered the bookmaker’s website via the links placed on the Affiliate's website, then registered a gaming account and made a deposit.
Your Website – the site (or resource link) that you specify when registering for the Affiliate Program.
Promotional Materials – a set of tools used to promote the bookmaker’s products online.
Affiliate Revenue – the commission from the net profit generated by the players referred by the Affiliate.
Affiliate Agreement
General Provisions.
1.1 The Partner undertakes to familiarize themselves with the terms of the Affiliate Program before commencing work and to accept them thereafter.
1.2 In the event of changes to the Affiliate Program terms, the Partner will be notified via email.
1.3 Only clients who have reached the age of 18 may participate in and fulfill the terms of the Affiliate Program.
1.4 The Partner is the owner and operator of one or more websites on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as "Your Website") and confirms that this website is registered in their name and that they have full rights and ability to manage the site.
1.5 The Affiliate Program fanpartners.bet reserves the right to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
1.6 The Affiliate Program may refuse cooperation with any Partner; fanpartners.bet is not obligated to explain the reason for refusal.
1.7 The Affiliate Program fanpartners.bet reserves the right to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions.The current Terms are those published on the Affiliate Program's website at the present time; there is no option to track the history of changes.
In the event of changes to the terms of the Affiliate Program, clients will receive notification via the email provided during the Partner's registration.
1.8 Partners are provided with the following promotional materials for placement: banners, links, texts, images, logos, landing pages. fanpartners.bet has the right to modify promotional materials, reduce their quantity, or replace them with new ones. Partners are permitted to use website information in any variations.
Subject of the Agreement
2.1 The subject of the agreement is the advertising of the Bookmaker on the Partner's website.
2.2 The Partner may be provided with the following advertising materials for placement:
banners, links, texts, images, logos. fanpartners.bet reserves the right to modify the advertising materials, reduce their quantity, or replace them with new ones.
Conclusion of the Agreement
3.1 The Partner is invited to register in the Partner Program on fanpartners.bet. After we receive the Partner's data, you will receive an email confirming the conclusion of the agreement. fanpartners.bet reserves the right to reject the registration without explanation.
3.2 All new Clients who come from the Partner's website using the advertising materials provided by fanpartners.bet, as well as the bets they place, are registered in the system using link codes generated in the Partner Program.
3.3 After accepting the agreement, Partners have the right to use the advertising materials to redirect to the fanpartners.bet website.
3.4 The design and copyright of the provided marketing materials, as well as other information on the bookmaker's website, are the property of the bookmaker.
Responsibilities and Obligations of the Partner
4.1 The Partner must meet the minimum age requirement (18 years) and have the legal capacity to enter into such agreements according to the jurisdiction of the respective country.
4.2 The Partner agrees to use only the links and banner codes provided within the affiliate program; otherwise, we cannot guarantee accurate calculation of commissions and registrations. Advertising materials cannot be altered without written consent from fanpartners.bet.
4.3 The Partner is responsible for the development, operation, and content of their own website, as well as all materials associated with it. The Partner confirms that their site does not contain illegal content related to violence or sexual discrimination.
4.4 The Partner is prohibited from designing a webpage in a way that creates confusion with the Bookmaker's website or gives the impression that the Partner is partially or wholly owned by the Bookmaker.
4.5 The Partner is prohibited from using the Bookmaker's brand name or any misspellings thereof in any variation as part of the website's address (domain).
4.6 The Partner is prohibited from attracting themselves or their relatives as clients through the provided advertising materials.
4.7 The Partner is prohibited from attracting incentivized traffic when working under a cost-per-acquisition (CPA) model.
4.8 Upon request from the Bookmaker, the Partner must provide data on the traffic sources of their website.
4.9 The Partner must provide proof that they are the owner or representative of the website specified during registration in the fanpartners.bet affiliate program.
4.10 The following advertising formats are prohibited without prior approval:
-Email spam
-Social media spam
-Placement of contextual advertising mentioning the Bookmaker's brand in any variation:
-Clickunder traffic
-Pop-under traffic
-Any manipulation with cookies
4.11 The fanpartners.bet affiliate program is available to only one participant. Re-registration in the affiliate program is prohibited.
4.12 In case of violation of the above conditions, the Partner and their account in the affiliate program may be blocked and deprived of the right to receive commissions.
4.13 The Partner is prohibited from registering their own gaming account with the Bookmaker through their affiliate link, as well as colluding with other players.
Partner Rights
5.1 fanpartners.bet provides the Partner with all necessary marketing information and materials.
5.2 fanpartners.bet provides the Partner with access to statistics (number of clicks, registrations, new players, deposits), and the Partner can also see how much commission they have earned.
Commissions
6.1 The Partner is paid commissions for attracting new clients from the Partner's website.
6.2 Commissions are a percentage of the net revenue received from players directly referred by the Partner.
6.3 Partner income is calculated monthly using the following formula for the Revenue Share model:
Partner Income = (Player's Bet - Winnings from the bet - Bonus - Administrative costs) * Partner's commission rate
Commission Plan
7.1 The Partner’s commission percentage (from 25%) is negotiated individually with a fanpartners.bet representative.
7.2 CPA (cost per acquisition) payment amount is discussed individually with a fanpartners.bet representative.
Commission Payments
8.1 Commissions are accrued at the beginning of each month, no later than the 7th. The minimum payout amount is $100 USD. If the minimum amount is not reached, it will roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.
8.2 Negative account balances are carried over to the next month.
8.3 Payments are made in USD. The exchange rate for calculating partner commissions is reviewed on the payment day, based on the current rate.
8.4 The payout is made via one of the available withdrawal methods selected by the user.
8.5 In case of an error in commission calculation, fanpartners.bet reserves the right to correct it at any time, immediately pay the shortfall, request the overpaid amount back, or deduct the overpaid amount from the next payment.
8.6 Acceptance of the payment by the Partner is considered as confirmation of full and final settlement for the specified period.
8.7 If the Partner disagrees with the calculation, they must send a justification to info@fanpartners.bet within thirty (30) calendar days. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the commission amount for the specified period without the right to dispute.
8.8 Payment will not be made if the site's traffic is generated through illegal activities or violates any other terms of this agreement.
8.9 The Partner agrees to refund commissions received from fraudulent or fake operations and bears the costs associated with these legal measures.
8.10 fanpartners.bet reserves the right to set a minimum activity level for partner accounts. This level is subject to regular review, and the company may limit the duration of such agreements. The minimum level should not be excessively high and reflects the intention to discontinue accounts whose income does not cover maintenance and payment processing costs.
8.11 At the discretion of fanpartners.bet, the Partner may be offered the opportunity to restructure the commission plan. Examples of alternative income sources include a fixed price per sale. By accepting the company's offer to replace the standard income structure described in this Agreement with an alternative, the Partner automatically agrees that the new structure fully replaces the existing one. In case of a commission structure change, the Partner's obligations under this Agreement remain in effect until its termination.
8.12 The Partner is solely responsible for paying any taxes, fees, or duties arising from income received under this Agreement to local or foreign tax authorities, branches, or other authorized institutions. The Partner cannot hold the company responsible for unpaid amounts related to the affiliate program.
8.13 The Partner undertakes to request the payout of available funds within 12 months. If more than 12 months have passed since the last payout request, fanpartners.bet reserves the right to withhold these funds.
- Term of the Agreement
9.1 The Agreement may be terminated unilaterally by either party without providing a reason, by sending a notice via email.
9.2 Upon termination of the Agreement, the Partner agrees to cease the use of all banners, logos, and other trademarks of the Bookmaker.
9.3 Upon termination, fanpartners.bet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the commission to cover any costs incurred due to the Partner’s breach of the Agreement.
